Rooms and Rates 2012 All rates are per person per night bed and breakfast, for double occupancy. From 1st May to 30th September we only accept one night bookings within 7 days of the stay. As a small business we do not accept credit cards. Payment can be in cash or by UK personal cheque
		Room Three is upstairs, has a six foot double bed and its own large shower room on the opposite side of the corridor complete with power shower. 1 night stay £35     per person per night 2 or more night stay £32.50 per person per night
		Room Two is upstairs, has a very comfotable Vi-sprung five foot double bed and large en-suite shower room with power shower. 1 night stay £37.50 per person per night 2 or more night stay £35     per person per night
		Room One is downstairs, has a Vi-sprung five foot double bed and a large en-suite bathroom with both bath and separate shower cubicle. Included in the suite is a smaller room with a single bed which can be used as a dressing room or as a bedroom, thus also accommodating three or two singles sharing the same bathroom 1 night stay £40     per person per night 2 or more night stay £37.50 per person per night
We regret since the recent changeover to digital  we are currently unable to offer  TV reception in the bedrooms. All rooms are wi-fi enabled. The house and garden room are no smoking areas. For the convenience of all our guests we regret we do not accept  pets. As we do not have a family room  we cannot offer reduced rates for children.
