You will eat well in ApplecrossBreakfast
We pride ourselves on the quality of our breakfasts, taking care to source ingredients of quality and taste and using them to make a variety of homemade dishes that allow us to offer our guests a wide choice of breakfast menu. Vegetarians also have a wide choice of homemade dishes, indeed many of our guests although not vegetarian choose from this menu for a change. The homemade vegetarian haggis is very popular. As well as prize winning haggis from Cockburns, drycure bacon from Munros both in Dingwall and our local butcher Roddy's black pudding, this year we are also offering sausages made from Applecross raised wild boar tamworth cross hogs. A new item on the fish menu is bacon wrapped smoked haddock and leek fishcakes served with poached egg and hollandaise sauce. |
